Functional responsibilities
The main functional responsibilities of the head of the department "Quality, accreditation and rating"
- organization, control and continuous improvement of internal and external quality assurance systems;
- advising on the preparation of self-assessment reports within the framework of accreditation and reaccreditation (institutional, programmatic);
- examination of data subject to participation in national ratings in order to optimize the university's reputation;
- updating, development of regulatory documents in accordance with the areas of work of the department;
- organization and certification of summer and winter school work for young teachers;
- coordination of work to eliminate deficiencies and suggestions in order to systematize student services;
- accounting and examination of annual achievements of teaching staff (KPI).
The main functional responsibilities of the leading specialist of the Quality, Accreditation and Rating department:
- coordination of preparatory work for the program accreditation of the OP;
- coordination of work on the preparation for the reaccreditation (post-monitoring) within the framework of the shortcomings and proposals of the external expert staff and the "Accreditation Council" (institutional and programmatic accreditation);
- compliance control of the Institute's internal documents in the QMS, including: structural divisions, faculties and departments;
- control and analysis of the quality of education;
- Coordination of the work of the Quality assurance commission.
The main functional responsibilities of the Quality, Accreditation and Rating Management specialist:
- development of data for participation in the "National Institutional Rating";
- development of data on participation in the rating of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken";
- conducting surveys and summarizing the results among teaching staff, staff, students;
- control and analysis of the quality of education.
