Academic mobility
Academic mobility is the transfer of students or teachers-researchers for a specific academic period (including educational or practical training), semester or academic year to another higher educational institution within the country (national academic mobility) or abroad (international academic mobility) to carry out educational or research work.
Can participate in the academic mobility program!
- undergraduates of the 2nd - 3rd semester;
- students 3rd - 6th semester;
- Having no academic or financial debts at the time of submission of documents;
- Having an average academic achievement score (GPA) of at least 3.0 during the study period;
- Taking an active part in the social life of the university;
- English language proficiency is mandatory for applicants with a foreign form of education (far abroad)
List of required documents:
1. Application Form;
2. The transcript;
3. Letter of recommendation on behalf of the Dean of the Faculty;
4. If there is a document confirming knowledge of a foreign language IELTS or TOEFL (required for applicants of a foreign form of study - far abroad);
5. Certificates, diplomas and certificates (if available);
6. A copy of a foreign passport (for applicants of a foreign form of study) and an identity card;
7. Documents confirming the fact of belonging to the following categories of persons (for applicants):
-orphaned children and children left without parental care - a document confirming the absence of the child's parents;
-people with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities;
-children from large families - birth certificate of four or more minor children living together or a copy of the court decision on adoption;
8. Individual student's curriculum for the planned semester;
9. 3х4 photo 4 pcs.
Acceptance of documents for participation in the academic mobility program is carried out twice a year.
1. from February 25 to March 30
2. from October 10th to November 10th
Documents for participation must be submitted to the Department of Scientific Work and International Relations.
