The purpose of the 7M04103 educational program - "Finance" in specialized training is the development of personal qualities among undergraduates, the formation of general cultural and professional competencies, the development of skills for their implementation in practice in accordance with the requirements, able to effectively adapt to dynamically changing social and professional conditions of activity, with a high level of readiness to implement basic professional functions, able to constructively influence the nature and direction of development of professional spheres of their activity, those who have organizational and managerial skills.

The purpose of the 7M04104 - "Finance" educational program for scientific and pedagogical training is to develop undergraduates' personal qualities, form general cultural and professional competencies, and develop skills to implement them in practice in accordance with requirements that allow them to carry out research, design, economic, analytical, and organizational management activities in the field of economics at a highly professional level., finance, in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this area of training and professional standards.

The main goal of the OP is to develop students' personal qualities, form the general cultural and professional competencies of financial economists of a new formation, allowing graduates to successfully work in the financial sector and the real sector of the economy, in the field of public and private finance, be socially mobile and competitive in the labor market, and develop skills to implement them in practice in accordance with the requirements The State Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the field of education, the general goals of the educational program are the formation of social and personal qualities of students: determination, organization, diligence, responsibility, citizenship, sociability, improving their general culture, tolerance, fluency in several languages, understanding social knowledge and the social consequences of professional activity in accordance with the direction of training in OP 6B04103 – "Finance".

The purpose of this educational program is to implement a competence-based approach and multilingual education and to train highly educated, competitive, qualified specialists in accounting and auditing, a multilingual and multicultural personality capable of becoming a leader in their chosen field of professional activity and competitive in the labor market. Goals in the field of education: formation of social and personal qualities: - moral, general cultural skills, the ability to adapt socially, the realization of a person's creative potential, determination, organization, diligence, responsibility, citizenship, communication, tolerance, fluency in several languages, understanding the social essence and social consequences of professional activity in accordance with the profile of training according to OP 6B04102 "accounting and auditing".

The faculty of the department is constantly working to improve their professional qualifications. Each teacher of the department annually improves their qualifications at various professional courses, seminars, and trainings.
