Department of "Kazakh language and Literature"
The Sherkhan Murtaza International Taraz Innovation Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) operates under license No. KZ30LAA00032738 dated 10.26.2022.The Institute's license is available at the following link: https://htii.edu.kz/images/ABOUT-TIGU/common/License-ru.pdf.
The educational program "6B01701- Kazakh language and Literature" has been training specialists since 2009. In 2018, OP "6B01701- Kazakh Language and Literature" passed specialized accreditation in the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NAOKO) for a period of 5 years. Based on recommendations and suggestions for improvement from external experts, a corrective action plan was developed with specific types of work, deadlines, and responsible performers.Also, according to the implementation of this action plan, post-monitoring reports were sent annually to the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA).
According to the MTII development program for 2021-2025, the progressive development of educational activities in academic, research and socio-educational areas was carried out. The Institute's development is based on an effective combination of classical higher school traditions and modern trends in the educational services market. At the same time, the institute forms its development strategy taking into account innovative trends.

The bachelor's degree program "6B01701-Kazakh language and Literature" carries out work on training specialists in accordance with the state standard. The educational program was prepared by the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature, established in the 2009-2010 academic year.
The professional activities of students studying in the direction "6B01701-Kazakh language and literature" are carried out within the framework of culture and management, education, interpersonal and intercultural, linguistic, humanitarian education and philology.
The mission of the educational program is to train qualified specialists in the field of philology who meet modern domestic and international criteria, as well as to create a scientific, intellectual, informational and cultural environment in the Zhambyl region.
The purpose of the OP is to satisfy the interests of consumers of educational services and ensure the expected level of professional training of graduates. For this purpose, the development plan and goals of the OP are created with the involvement of all stakeholders: employers, students, teachers and staff.
The Department of Kazakh Language and Literature has signed agreements with several schools and colleges to conduct pedagogical practice for students of the educational institution "6B01701-Kazakh language and Literature". Among the department's partners are schools №3, 12, 16, 25, 32, 38, 41, 53, 54 the city of Taraz, as well as the Birlesu–Enbek and A. In the academic years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, as part of the implementation of dual education, in accordance with concluded agreements with schools №38, №41, №25, №16, groups Ct-20-1, Ct-21-1 and Ct-22-1 take the 4th, 5th and 6th semesters in the subjects "Teaching methods Kazakh language","Literature of ancient times" and "Methods of teaching Kazakh literature".https://htii.edu.kz/ru/news/1632-bir-kem-d-nie-atty-shy-armalar-baj-auy-tti
Students of the educational program "6B01701- Kazakh language and Literature" actively participate in events and competitions at the regional and city levels, as well as achieve success at Olympiads. For example, at the VIII International Symposium in Samarkand, student E. Nuraddinov was awarded a certificate for his report on "Modern teaching methods".
Students of the KT-18-1 group, led by Ph.D. E. K. Pertaeva, took the first place at the XIII Republican Online subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions. In addition, students of the Kt-21-1 group, as part of the Zerde team, achieved third place in the international intellectual competition "Ulttyk muddege kyzmet etken kemel tulga", dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the linguist, poet, literary critic, turkologist, publicist, teacher A. A student of the Kt-21-1 group of the educational program "6B01701–Kazakh language and Literature", A. Rysbek, was awarded a diploma from the Union of Journalists for participating in the creative contest "The World of Sherkhan", organized as part of the 90th anniversary of the statesman and public figure, national writer of Kazakhstan Sherkhan Murtaza.
Student of the Kt-22-1 group, Chkal Rabigi, was awarded a diploma of the 3rd degree for her active participation in the XY Republican Scientific and Practical Conference "Science and Youth: Modern Research Problems", held at the Taraz International Innovation Institute named after Sherkhan Murtaza.
At the International Online Scientific Conference "The attitude of youth to the world and the work of Abai Kunanbayev", held on April 21-22, a student of the Kt-18-1 group, Raikhan M., took second place for a high-level presentation. The supervisor was Ph.D. Pertaeva E.K. Students of the Kt-19-1 group, Malik Bibinuri, and Kt-20-1, Shkolbek Zhanerke, were awarded a diploma of the 3rd degree for their active participation in the International Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Student Science". The scientific supervisor was Ph.D. E.K. Pertaeva At the 15th Republican scientific and Practical conference among students and undergraduates "Science and youth: current research problems", student of the Kt-20-1 group Nuradinov Yerkegali took 1st place with a report on the meaning of ten proverbs in the thirty-seventh poem by Abai. His supervisor was Ph.D. Pertaeva E.K. Zarina Albek from the same group took 2nd place with a report on the spiritual rebirth in Magzhan's work. The scientific supervisor was also Ph.D. Pertaeva E.K.
On March 14-15 of this year, the traditional Ukili Aru-2024 competition was held, organized by the International Taraz Innovation Institute named after Sh.Murtaza together with the regional department of youth Policy. Currently, the activity of the department is characterized by a constant growth of scientific and pedagogical potential, the presence of modern research centers. The department and the information and library center of the Institute have a wide modern base of educational and scientific and technical literature. All activities aimed at the implementation of the educational program are carried out in accordance with the strategy, mission, vision and values published by MTII named after Sh.Murtaza.
