SHERKHAN MURTAZA UNIVERSITY SHOWCASES THE POTENTIAL OF KAZAKHSTAN’S HIGHER EDUCATION AT AN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION EXHIBITION

On 24 July 2026, the official opening of the “Study in Kazakhstan – EKET FAIRS University Preference Fair 2026” international education exhibition, organized within the framework of the “Study in Kazakhstan” project, took place in Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye.

The exhibition served as an important platform for promoting Kazakhstan’s higher education institutions internationally, attracting prospective international students, developing academic mobility, and strengthening cooperation between universities.

Alongside other higher education institutions from Kazakhstan, Sherkhan Murtaza International Taraz University participated in the international event and presented its academic programmes, research potential, international partnerships, and educational opportunities available to students.

During the exhibition, university representatives met with prospective international students, their parents, and representatives of educational organizations. Visitors received detailed information about admission requirements, academic programmes, academic mobility, student support opportunities, and the university’s key areas of international cooperation.

The information materials presented at the university’s exhibition stand attracted considerable interest from visitors and provided an opportunity to showcase the advantages of pursuing higher education in Kazakhstan, as well as the priority areas of Sherkhan Murtaza University.

As part of the exhibition, university representatives also held meetings with several Turkish higher education institutions and discussed opportunities for cooperation in education, research, academic mobility, and the implementation of joint projects.
