DEPARTMENT OF "STATE AND LEGAL DISCIPLINES"

In the 2nd semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, by order of the Rector of the International Taraz Innovation Institute, the Faculty of Economics and Law was separated from the Faculty of Economics and Law, which was opened as an independent structural unit. At the same time, two departments were opened. One of them is the Department of "State and Legal Disciplines". PhD and Satkey T.B. were appointed as the head of this cafe.

The department developed and approved educational programs on January 23, 2020 by the Academic Council of the University. The department trains specialists in the following educational programs:

- 6b04202-Law Bachelor's degree "Lawyer in the field of public service" was developed in accordance with the mission of the Institute. It provides training for highly qualified specialists who are competitive in the labor market. Taking into account modern requirements, he educates future leaders in his professional activities.

Students of the department's educational programs undergo special training, familiarization, and industrial practice, the regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of Zhambyl region, the Department of Justice of Zhambyl region, the Notary Chamber of Zhambyl region, and the Bar Association of Zhambyl region. Contracts have been concluded with these institutions.

In accordance with the specifics of the disciplines conducted by the Department of Public Law, the material and technical base at the Faculty of Law is quite mature. A "Law clinic" operates at the department for students of the educational program "Lawyer in the field of public service".

The department has an audience of 1-105 specialized state-law disciplines. These classrooms are provided with modern technological equipment.
