Muslimov Nurzhan Zhomartovich, born in 1977, is a native of Jambyl Region, Jambyl City. After completing secondary school No. 20, he continued his studies at a higher education institution. He holds a higher education degree, having graduated from Taraz State University in 1999 with a specialization in Engineering Technology. He has an academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. In 2008, he completed his studies in Law at Karaganda State University named after Buketov. He is an Associate Professor and a Corresponding Member of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

1999 – Started his career as an engineer at the department of Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati.

2001-2002 – Researcher at the State Enterprise "Research Institute of Grain and Processing Products" of the National Research Center for Grain and Agriculture (Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

2002-2004 – Head of the Laboratory at the same institute.

2004-2008 – Deputy Director for Research at the same institute.

2008-2009 – General Director of an LLP within "KazAgroInnovation" JSC.

2009-2011 – Head of the Laboratory at the Republican Research Institute of Occupational Safety (Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

2011-2012 – Manager and Director of the Scientific and Technical Policy Department at "Kazakhstan Center for Housing and Utilities Modernization and Development" JSC.

2012-2014 – Deputy General Director at "Kazakhstan Scientific and Technical Center for Housing and Utilities Development" LLP.
