SPORTS CLUB "ZHIGER"

The public association "Zhenis Sports Club" of the International Taraz University, a public association, is a non-profit organization created on the initiative of citizens in an organizational and legal form based on the protection of their common interests and joining members to achieve their statutory goals. Objectives of the association's activities:-Organization of mass physical education and sports events aimed at strengthening the health of students and improving sports, supporting a healthy lifestyle of university staff, teaching staff and all comers; -promotion of mass development of physical education in higher education institutions, improvement of sports reserves and training of highly qualified athletes within the Republic of Kazakhstan; - ensuring the participation of national teams of students in regional and international competitions, tournament meetings; - developing tourism and strengthening international sports ties with national and regional student sports federations and clubs.

Associations in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;- freely disseminate information about their activities;- hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations;- to represent and defend their rights, the legitimate interests of their members, as well as other citizens in public authorities, local governments and public associations; - to represent and defend their rights, the legitimate interests of their members, as well as other citizens in the exercise of their full powers; - take the initiative on various issues, make proposals to government authorities; -participate as a founder of other non-profit organizations;- creation of direct international contacts and contacts;- opening of own structural divisions (branches and representative offices); - conducting business activities, as this affects the achievement of statutory goals. The benefits from the business activities of the association cannot be distributed among the members of the association and should be used only to achieve the statutory goals. - creation of business partnerships and associations, as well as acquisition of property necessary for conducting business activities.
