The goals and objectives of the center
The purpose of the Student accounting department is to account for and control the movement of students and undergraduates. The main tasks of the department are: - storing personal files of students and undergraduates; - keeping records of the movement of students and undergraduates; - preparation of documentation on translation and restoration in other universities; - preparation of students' documents for transfer to vacant places of study on the basis of state grants; - receiving documents and preparing orders for the transfer and reinstatement of students and undergraduates; - processing orders; - accounting for international students; - processing of orders for the movement of the contingent; - centralized preparation of orders for all categories; - issuance of academic forms to expelled students; - preparation and issuance of a duplicate of graduation documentation; - preparation of graduation student documentation; - maintaining personal files, replenishing them, accounting for temporary use (certificate, diploma). - completion, filing and transfer to the university archive of personal files of graduates and expelled students;
Current positions
During the current academic year, the movement of the student body is systematically monitored and recorded, the preparation of an annual order for blank documentation, the processing of orders, the transfer of personal files of outgoing and graduating students to the university archive, the monthly display of the student body, the preparation of reports on changes in the student body at faculties, the preparation of reports of international students, etc.
