Management goals and responsibilities
The management's goals and responsibilities are to carry out routine and major repairs of university buildings, organize cleaning of the adjacent territory, and monitor the safety of university property. Provision of departments and departments with logistical and other resources. Sanitary condition control. Accounting, registration, replacement of university equipment, timely and high-quality registration of sanitary and technical conditions under an employment contract, organization of electrical installations, ventilation systems. Carrying out work on occupational safety and health, systematization and preparation of instructions. Maintains contact with government and public authorities in accordance with their duties. Ensuring compliance with the rules of technical and fire safety in the institution. The university owns buildings: 123 "L" Zhambyl Avenue - 357 sq.m.; the building of the agrobiological station in Kostobe village, Bayzak district, 1411.6 sq.m. Buildings of operational use by the university: 69B Zheltoksan St., 3607.1 sq.m.; 1A Satpayev St., 2026.6 sq.m.; 13B Rysbek Batyr St., 1755 sq.m.;
E. Nietkalieva St., 122 - 1119.3 sq.m.;Zhambyl Avenue, 121 -1407.3 sq.m.; The total area of the university buildings is 13,403.5 square meters; 5.6 square meters per student from the existing student body (including shift classes – 11.2 square meters).
In 2014, the university spent 157969.4 thousand tenge on the construction of a new academic building. On August 14, 2009, the Akimat of the Bayzak district, at the request of the Taraz Innovation and Humanitarian Institute, No. 398, decided to allocate two hectares of land for an agrobiological station. Educational and laboratory rooms, educational and production workshops and other specialized facilities meet modern equipment requirements.
Student provision:
-a sports facility with a total area of 1719.6 sq.m. To date, there are outdoor volleyball, basketball, and mini–football playgrounds, a running track, and others on the territory of the building at 1A Satpayev Street. Since April 15, 2015, construction of a new gym with an area of 24x56 has begun on the same territory, meeting all modern requirements. 4 medical centers provide their services to students and staff, and a mutual cooperation agreement has been signed with the central polyclinic for outpatient treatment and prevention. All medical centers are equipped with equipment and medicines for the purpose of providing first aid.
