Purpose and position of the control
In its activities, the Financial and economic department of the University is guided by the following regulatory documents: "On Accounting and Financial Reporting", "Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and the IFRS standard.
The Financial and Economic Department reports to the Rector of the University in its activities.
The Financial and Economic Department of the university performs calculations, accounting of financial and economic activities and mutual settlements with suppliers.
Management functions
- calculation of the main fund and material base;
- calculation of quarterly estimates of budgetary and extra-budgetary financial receipts;
- cash settlement, income and expenses with faculties and structural departments;
- calculation and withholding of income taxes and pension contributions;
- report on the financial, economic activnd business aities of the University;
- accounting and tax reports.
