EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES CENTER

The Center for Educational Technology was established and operates in order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" dated July 27, 2007 No. 319 and the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 "On approval of requirements for educational organizations to provide distance learning and rules for organizing the educational process on distance learning and in the form of online training in educational programs of higher and (or) postgraduate education."

The main task of the center is:To provide distance education1) to students who have the conclusion of the medical advisory commission on the state of health;

2) participants of international, national training camps, sports competitions, intellectual and creative contests and festivals for the period of participation at a distance, regardless of their location, including using information and communication technologies and telecommunication facilities.

Distance learning for participants of international, national training camps, sports competitions, intellectual and creative contests and festivals is carried out by the Center for Educational Technology in any form at the request of the student addressed to the head of the Institute, indicating the terms of participation.

The Center for Educational Technology was established on September 1, 2023 as a successor to the former Center for Innovation and Distance Learning Technologies. The center employs a supervisor, a deputy supervisor, and 3 methodologists.

The Center provides students with electronic methodological complexes of educational materials (lecture texts, final control tasks, practical training questions, assessment tables, etc.) and content. Provides generalization, presentation and training to students and teachers of the most advanced methods and technologies of teacher education, examines their effective means and achievements. Provides the design of educational processes and the implementation of online learning platforms.

The Center for Educational Technology is a structural unit of the institute that registers the student's academic performance and the results of the final control (exam) in the educational process and is responsible for the organization and control of the educational process. Provides and provides training to students and teachers of the most advanced pedagogical educational methods.

Providing students with mandatory and selective disciplines, informing students about changes and additions made to the work curriculum, assisting them in drawing up an individual curriculum; Assisting students in the current educational process, organizing intermediate and final examinations, conducting academic ratings of students with GPA; Including students' academic achievements from the moment of enrollment in the transcript and, if necessary, the provision of transcripts to students, depending on demand; Collects personal data of students at the level of, regarding the educational process, and ensuring their confidentiality, storing records of students' academic performance (summaries, transcripts), information about scores and credits.

The Center for Educational Technology organizes and conducts academic education processes in digital format, educating teachers and students on the use of digital tools in conjunction with other structural units. In addition, he deals with the planning and organization of the educational process in its appropriate part.
