In order to provide students with a dormitory, by the decision of the university staff, on November 26, 2018, the Taraz hotel complex was purchased for 430 million tenge through reconstruction for a student dormitory. In the 2019-2020 academic year, the 384-seat Student House with a total area of 7,130.6 square meters was commissioned. The ITU Student House is an educational, cultural and socialization center for university students. The Student House provides ITU students with a complete opportunity to get all their needs from one center. The activities of various facilities are organized for students. In particular, a 24-hour electronic reading room has been organized; a coworking center for learning English, where students of various specialties exchange opinions in a free format, conduct business trainings and master classes, intellectual games and debates; a room for Op-line seminars and webinars; a conference room for meetings and meetings.; student canteen; coffee house for leisure and exchange of opinions; Adaldyk duken; hobby clubs and clubs, mini football field, gymnasium and student beauty salon. The objectives of the Students' Home: - organization of the rational use of the students' Home; - creation of comfortable living conditions for living; - carrying out ideological and educational work; pedagogical and social support for students living in the House. The main tasks of the Students' House are to implement a set of measures to improve the housing and cultural conditions of people living in the Students' House; to ensure that residents comply with the Internal Regulations and Regulations on the Students' House; organization of ideological and educational work with residents, implementation of their pedagogical, psychological and social support; implementation of measures to improve housing and cultural conditions, aesthetic decoration of premises, landscaping of the adjacent territory.
