Gazayev Askhat Ibragimovich I was born on August 22, 1980 in the village of Lugovoy, Zhambyl region. I went to the secondary school number 33 named after T. Ryskulov in 1986 and graduated in 1997.
In 2003 I graduated from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a degree in "Jurisprudence" and received a degree in law.
In 2008 I entered the Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a master's degree in "Jurisprudence", graduated from this university in 2010 and received the academic degree of "Master of Law".
In 2016-2018, Ch. I studied for a doctorate at the Free University of Varna named after Hrabr and received a doctorate in criminology.
In 2018, by the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 1641, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in "Jurisprudence".
In 2007, I got a job as an inspector at the Center for Monitoring the Quality Assessment of Education at Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati.
In 2008 I worked as an assistant at the Department of "Criminal Law" of the Faculty of Law, in 2009 I worked as a teacher at the same department.
In 2010 I passed the competition for the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law.
2015-2016 Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Law of TarSU.
2016-2017 Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of TarSU Law Faculty.
2017-2019 Head of the Department of Civil Service and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, TarSU.
2019-2020 Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Faculty of Law, TarSU.
From 2021 to the present I am the head of the department of "Civil and Criminal Law" of the Institute of International Relations.
I am married and have three children.
