Eldos Izbasarovich Esperov is a Candidate of Economics, Head of the Finance and Accounting Department at the International Taraz Innovation Institute.
Kazakh, was born on November 6, 1980 in the Kordai district of Zhambylsoy region. In 1998, he graduated from high school, and in the same year he entered the M.H.Dulati TarSU to study Environmental Engineering. He graduated from this university in 2003.
He started his career in 2003 as a canal engineer at the Kordai UVS RGP Zhambylvodkhoz, then from 2004 to 2011. Kazakh National Agrarian University Department of "Water Resources". In 2010, he defended his PhD thesis by the Decision of the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2011, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
From 2011 to 2017, he was the Director of the Kordai Agricultural College. From 2017 to 2018, Adal Enbek Kazakhmys LLP was the head of the site. From 2019 to 2021, M.H.Dulati TarSU, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, and from 2021, ITII, Head of the Department of Finance and Accounting.
He was elected chairman of the KazNAU Student Trade Union in 2007.
