Maliktaeva Pernekul Maliktaevna graduated from M. H. Dulati Taraz State University in 2000 with a degree in bread, sweets, pasta and food concentrates with honors. Work experience. She started her career in 2001 as a lecturer at the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of the M. H. Dulati Taraz State University. From 2001 to 2005, she studied at the M. H. Dulati Taraz State University at the full-time postgraduate department, specializing in 05.18.12 "Processes and apparatuses of food products". On June 28, 2008, she defended her scientific work at the Almaty Technological University on the topic: "studying the parameters of the tableting process of the national fermented milk dough based on grain beer." By the decision of the Committee for Control in the field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2008 (Protocol No. 12), the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences was awarded. In 2013, by the decision of the Presidium of the Regional Academy of Management of Pavlodar (Protocol no.2 dated 02/27/2013) was awarded the academic degree of Associate Professor. Since 2005, he has been working as a researcher at the "scientific and production workshop" of the Taraz Institute of the Yasavi Moscow State Technical University, and since 2008, he has been an associate professor at the Department of Standardization and Certification of the Taraz University of Innovation and Humanities. Since 2017, he has been working as the head of the Department of Standardization and Veterinary Sanitation.
