Kadyrova Akmaral Satbekkyzy is a native of the Pavlodar region. In 1997, she graduated from Pavlodar University, Faculty of Business and Management, with a degree in "Economics and Management (in the social sector and industries)."

From 1998 to 2020, she worked at Innovative Eurasian University. She began as a specialist in the department and progressed to the position of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs. From 2020 to 2022, she worked at Pavlodar Pedagogical University and Toraighyrov University.

In 2008, she defended her PhD dissertation on "The Mechanism of Interaction of Industrial and Entrepreneurial Structures" at the dissertation council of the Siberian State Automobile and Highway Academy. In 2009, she underwent the re-certification procedure for the Russian Federation's PhD degree in economics at the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2010, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Economics.

She has been a trainer at the Institute for Advanced Training of the Pavlodar Regional Administration and the MBA program at Innovative Eurasian University. She serves as an expert for international accreditation agencies IQAA and NCPA (Russia). She is the author of three textbooks (including two electronic), one monograph, and over 60 publications, including five in Scopus-indexed journals. Additionally, she has authored over 40 regulatory guidelines on organizing the educational process, including in distance learning conditions, and holds three copyright certificates for intellectual property objects.

She has trained more than 50 master's students for competitions and scientific conferences on economics and management. She has introduced several innovative technologies and teaching methods into the educational process, including MINOR supplementary education programs, binary lectures, dual education programs for undergraduate specialties, and the "blind assessment" method for evaluating students' knowledge. She has contributed to the automation of the educational process and the development of distance learning technologies.

She holds more than 70 various professional development certificates. She has been awarded the Certificate of Honor from the Pavlodar Regional Maslikhat for her contribution to the development of education and science in Pavlodar Region (2009), the Certificate of Honor from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2010, 2017), the Letter of Appreciation from the Akim of Pavlodar Region (2018), and the "Best Manager" medal from the Association of Higher Educational Institutions of Kazakhstan (2019).
